By accessing or using PokeMarketShadowless, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service

pokemarketcap.com) is a market data platform for Pokémon Trading Card Game collectors
›We aggregate pricing, population, and market data from public and licensed sources
›We provide analytical tools, collection tracking, and subscription features
›PokeMarketShadowless is not a marketplace between users; we do not broker sales between collectors. Separately, our Community Store sells sealed product that we source ourselves (see All Sales Final — Store Purchases below)
›Operated by Obsidian Grid LLC, a California company
User Accounts
›You must be 13 years or older to create an account
›You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
›You agree to provide accurate account information
›One account per person; account sharing is prohibited
›We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Subscription and Billing
›PokeMarketShadowless Premium is offered at $9.99/month (USD)
›Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled
›You can cancel at any time via
Account → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
›No refunds for partial months; you retain access through the paid period
›Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
›For subscriptions bought on our website, payment processing is handled by Stripe; you agree to Stripe's terms when subscribing
›If you subscribe in the PokeMarketShadowlessiOS app, you buy the subscription through Apple's App Store at the price the App Store shows, which can differ by country. Apple charges your Apple ID; renewal, cancellation and refunds for that subscription follow Apple's terms. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions)
All Sales Final — Store Purchases
All purchases of physical products from the PokeMarketShadowless Community Store are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If there is a problem with your order — for example, an item lost in transit, arriving damaged, or materially not as described — contact us at support@pokemarketcap.comand we'll work to make it right. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve it directly. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that your order is non-refundable except as described above.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
›Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service via automated means without written permission
›Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
›Resell, redistribute, or commercialize PokeMarketShadowless data without a separate license agreement
›Use the service for illegal purposes
›Attempt to disrupt or compromise service infrastructure
›Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
›Use the service to harass other users
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
Intellectual Property
PokeMarketShadowless service, software, and content are owned by Obsidian Grid LLC.
Pokémon and related trademarks are owned by Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. PokeMarketShadowless is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.
Market data displayed on PokeMarketShadowless is aggregated from public sources and is provided for informational purposes.
Users grant PokeMarketShadowless a license to use, display, and process content they submit (watchlists, portfolio data) for the purpose of providing the service.
No Investment Advice / Disclaimer

›Information on PokeMarketShadowless does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice
›Pokémon Trading Cards are collectibles, not regulated securities; values are speculative and can fluctuate significantly

Data Accuracy

Service Availability
›We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
›We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

Limitation of Liability
›To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidian Grid LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
›Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
›Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Obsidian Grid LLC against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
›We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms
›You may terminate your account at any time via Clerk account deletion
›Upon termination, your subscription is cancelled and access is revoked
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in California courts (San Francisco County).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
